Lavish's 19th birthday, January 19th 2005

19th January 2005 marked the 19th birthday of Lavish, beloved son of Girish and Milu. A first-year student at prestigious Warwick University, Lavish has certainly taken a shining to campus life; testament to this is his beaming, alcohol-fuelled smile in the picture below. Known to prefer the company of men, Lavish brought in the big day surrounded by his favourite Warwick toyboys. This saddened Lavish's doting cousins Dino and Gaurav, who had pleaded with him to join them in London to celebrate his entry into adulthood. However, Lavish laid down the law and opted for a "mates over blood" policy. But because he's such a loveable old rogue we forgave him.

Best wishes to Lavish, from Gaurav and the rest of the WadhwaniWorld team.

Sangria Soaked Cousins in Dance-Frenzy

Vikki Wadhwani

14th August, 2004

After downing potent pitchers of Sangria at Serafina's in downtown NYC, Mo, Lavs and their cousin/didi Kari headed out to Naked Lunch with the rest of the fam to "boogie-oogie til they just can't boogie no more" Unfortunately their rambuctious activities brought them to the attention of the oh-so-friendly bouncer and they were forced to sit outside the dance perimeter. They were not without their Wadhwani spirit though, and did manage a few Lemon Drop shots at the bar, especially when Vijay popped in to "pick up a friend" or was it "party on down"?! The night concluded with a very confused ride home in a yellow cab, and at the end of it all - a new friend (Awww) : Mr. Aziz Abdullah, who now acts as Karina's personal chauffeur to and from her internship interviews!

Introductory Message

Dear family members & friends,

I have created this online web journal as a means by which we can all keep in touch with each other from the distant corners of the world we inhabit.

We have a proud family tradition of togetherness and solidarity despite the vast oceans that separate us... I hope this medium enables us to keep that tradition alive.

Look forward to hearing from all of you!

Love

Gaurav
